  Techquest2k10  is one of the most awaited technical fests of CMR Group of Institutions with plans of being a meeting ground for faculty, industry and the student fraternity. As the tag line suggests it is going to be an event that will explode with all the technical advancements and innovations. Last year TECHQUEST 2K8 and 2k9 proved to be the most ingenious fest of CMRGI. The events held helped in boosting the technological skills and creative talents of students across India. TECHQUEST 2K10 promises to be much more a grand festival for intellectuals, industries and more importantly for talent.

 CMR Group of Institutions are established by MGR Educational Society abbreviated as MGRES. The society is committed to the service of the people – in providing literacy to the drown trodden and under privileged. The Institutes under CMRGI offer B.Tech courses with specialization in ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Bio-Tech, CSE, IT, Civil Engineering and M.Tech courses with specializations in Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Bio-Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, UG & PG programmes in Pharmay and PG programmes  MCA and MBA.
